Vaeni Platinum Red Wine 750ml
Platinum Xinomavro comes from selected vineyards of Naoussa of our earliest producers. The selective harvest of grapes in combination with the aging in the oak barrels enhanced the rich aromas of this fine wine.

WINEMAKING
Classic method of red vinification with modern techniques that increase the dynamics of the variety. Fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks at 28 - 30 ° C. The extraction of the dye takes 6-8 days. Malolactic fermentation (by wild strains) follows the alcoholic fermentation.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Deep red color with auburn highlights. Typical bouquet of aromas of red fruit, cinnamon, and a sense of wood. By shaking the wine, aromas of vanilla, tomato, olive and chocolate are felt. Full of wine with a rich body, soft with an aftertaste of black fruit and toned tannins.
