- 7-day Diet
- Breakfast (8:00) – Start the day with a cup of tea or coffee, if you prefer, together with a cheese toast. Make sure the bread is no more than 25g and the cheese – about 15-20g.
- Brunch (11:00) – Grab a fruit you like. Apples, oranges and tangerines are great for this season. If you feel like it’s not enough, you could have a cup of green tea.
- Lunch (13:00) – Start with a veggie soup and then, if you like, you can have a piece of meat (fish or bird) with 120g of vegetables. Make sure to cook with no grease, though.
- Afternoon snack (16:00) – Take 50g of low fat cottage cheese and a cup of tea.
- Dinner (19:00) – Eat 2 boiled eggs and a piece of bread plus a carrot salad. Try seasoning the salad with high quality extra virgin olive oil to make it even better.
- Before bed have a glass of fat-free yoghurt.
- After-holiday detoxifying diet
