- Mustard & Pea Puree
First, boil the peas until they are soft. Leave them aside and after a while, drain. Add the chopped garlic, parsley and the avocado. Then mix with the cheese, salt, milk, the EVOO and squeeze the lemon’s juice on top. Strain until you reach homogenous structure.
Serve with some yoghurt and chia seeds on top.
TIP: This puree is usually quite thick, so you can always add some more milk.
- Potatoes with mustard
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
In a bowl mix the garlic, salt, oregano, lemon juice and the mustard. Pour this mixture on top of the potatoes and mix well.
Take a large baking dish, put baking foil and grease with the olive oil. Place the veggies and bake for 20 minutes at 190C°. Then flip them on the other side and bake for 20 more min.
- Mayo-mustard sauce
That one is so easy! Mix all the products as you make the garlic cloves into a paste. Stir until very homogenous and season with salt and black pepper by taste.
