The story is quite interesting actually. So, every year sardines that live in the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea gather together at large shoals. What they do is migrate to South Africa’s seashore as they follow the cold current. During this migration the groups that number over 5 billion fish (which is around 13km, by the way!) are chased by dolphins, whales, sharks and all kinds of birds. Now that’s a phenomenon!
