- Chocolate chip cookies
Preheat the oven to 200C°.
Mix the flour, salt and the soda. In another bowl whisk the eggs with the sugar until you form a fluffy mixture. Then add the vanilla extract and the butter and stir. Put the dry ingredients into the bowl and beat at lower speed. Crush the chocolate into small pieced, add them as well and stir by hand.
Bake until golden-brown. When the cookies are ready, leave them aside to cool down a bit.
- Chocolate mousse
Divide the egg whites from the yolk.
Beat the yolk and 50g of sugar until you form airy foam. Add the rum and the coffee liqueur.
Melt the chocolate using a water bath. Then add the olive oil as you constantly stir by hand.
Beat up the egg whites stiff using the rest of the sugar. Make sure to use a dry bowl, though!
Firstly, add the yolk mixture to the melted chocolate and stir carefully. Then put the egg whites and do the same.
Refrigerate for a few hours and serve with some fruits on top.
- Homemade chocolate ice cream
Mix the eggs with the sugar and put them at water bath. Beat them with a mixer until you form a thick mixture (it takes from 6 to 8 minutes). Let it cool at room temperature.
In a bowl beat the cream until it turns into thick airy mass. Then add the chocolate spread and the cocoa powder. Continue beating with the mixer until homogenous.
Now combine the egg mixture with the chocolate mass and voila! Serve into small cups and send those to the freezer.
