It is available plain or oiled, and in a plain or oiled corn flour version!

PREPARATION/ USE OF PRODUCT

Oven: Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake for about 2-3 minutes

Toaster: Preheat the toaster to medium heat and bake for 2 minutes
ALEXAKIS PITTA should not be overcooked, ideally spread with olive oil
and fry or grill for 1 minute
SPECIAL HANDLING
After opening, keep the product in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days
Do not re-freeze frozen product which has been defrosted
