One of the most traditional Easter cakes in Greece, tsoureki or brioche, is now also consumed for other celebrations or just like that with coffee.
Traditional Greek Brioche (Tsoureki), fermented with excellent flour and fresh butter, flavoured with spices and sprinkled with almond flakes.
Ingredients(Allergens in bold):
WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, margarine (vegetable oils: sunflower oil and partially hydrogenated sunflower oil, water, emulsifiers: polyglycerol fatty acid esters, SOY LECITHIN, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, acidifiers: citric acids, food flavouring, colouring: betta carotene).
