Olympus Kourabie-Almond cookies 400g
Kourampiedes are tiny shortbread biscuits that look like little snow-mounds thanks to their generous dusting of icing sugar. They can be made with or without nuts, and traditionally use roasted almonds and pistachios, as well as dried dates.
Ingredients
wheat flour (contains gluten), sugar, vegetable margarine[(vegetable fats: palm oil), , vegetable oils: sunflower oil & partially hydrogenated sunflower oil, water, emulsifiers: polyglycerol fatty acids esters, soy lecithin, mono & diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, acidifying agents: citric acid, flavouring, colouring(β-carotene)], 16% almonds, butter, leaving agents: sodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, flavouring(Vanillin).
