Its balanced spice and bright yellow color, made even deeper with the addition of turmeric, brings this mustard closer to the so-called British type – but without the punch. The bouquet brings together delicate aromas of vinegar and spice, announcing the gentle heat, volume and long aftertaste of the flavors.

Our Spicy version is an ideal accompaniment for beef or lamb, especially when served cold. It's almost necessary for grilled meat and sausages, while spicy sauces and marinades can greatly benefit from its unique flavor and aromas.  Be bold and add it to sauces for oily fish, or mix into a simple olive oil and lemon dressing.
