Cretan Xinomyzithra is another interesting version of the sweet Cretan mizithra with a different but equally wonderful taste. This is also included in the category of cheeses. It is known to everyone as it is a key ingredient of the famous Cretan pies such as mizithropitas, sarikopitas and many others. He also usually accompanies the Cretan thug.

Mizithra fresh Kalogeraki, the soft unmoulded cheese goes well with almost all foods. It is made from goat and sheep milk and cow's milk as well as cheese milk.
