Table olives grown in the areas of Halkidiki, Kavala, Serres and the local coastal areas of Northern Greece. A variety bearing fruits of large size weighing from 6 to 10 gr and having an asymmetric and oval shape. Their characteristic features are the high proportion of flesh to kernel, their bright green to green-yellow colour, their delicate flavour and their slightly bitter taste.
